I just got the Project 64 Emulator and decided that my Logitec Wingman Joystick would be perfect for n64 games due to its really convient button layout, but everytime I try to input the controlls it dosent let me, it puts some crap up like

SO-
or
Rz+

and when i try to click anything else for controller imput I get an Error Message that says Sorry the input selection is already in use and its really giving me a headache, and If it wasnt for the fact my machine is trying to die on me as it stands Id probally of kicked it just to relieve the stress

Your gamepad has an overly-sensitive analog stick (or possibly a throttle?) that the plugin is detecting automatically when you try to configure any button. Calibrating the controller in the windows control panel may help.

If that doesn't fix it, there is an easy work-around. Just maximize the deadzone setting in the plugin before you configure your controls. Once everything is configured, lower the deadzone to 5-20 percent, depending on your preference and your particular controller.

Hi Sir_Lancelot, start by installing properly your wing man(i have one), then i recommand NRage.

From there its quit simple to configure NRage.

You'll see this Box, showing all N64 Buttons with an assigned Keyboard key.

Digital Pad is for your PAD on the left.

Buttons & C-Buttons, you know what they are for.

Analg Stick, is to configure your Wingman's Stick.

Choose controller 1 & Mark Check the Plugged option, then to Configure your Buttons, here is one exemple:

The N64 Button "Z", Double-click on the keyboard key which is assigned to this Button & press the wanted Button on your Wing man to assigned this button to the N64 "Z" Button. Do the same for each button (keypad
You can also go to the Input Plug-In's download section HERE &

After that, choose Save Profile & Choose where you want to save this profile.

There you go for NRage.

You can also go to the Input Plug-In's download section HERE & choose another one.

Good Luck & Have Fun!
