the exact same file works of 1964 but its messed up and Ive had this happen before and it usually goes away when I play it on Pj64. This one says that emulation has started but stays black. Any ideas on what I should change to be able to get this to work?

allllrrriigghhhtttt........ummm yeah dont know that.....
im using project 64 but finally got it working with nemu 64 i had to change one of the video plugins...cimg tracing...in order to see the background from white.... the only thing that is wrong now is the white letters of speech that the characters bring up. They don't come up when the character speaks on the bottom but when the words are up top they come up. any graphics plug-in anyone would recommend with this game for nemu-65 or even prject-64 with a description on how you gotit too work.

We can't help you nor recommend anything if we don't know your computer specs and your video card. It's even worse if you yourself don't know what kind of hardware you are using.

Goto Start --> Run, type dxdiag and press Enter. a DirectX diagnostics program should pop up. Check the contents of the System and Display tabs and post the info.

Again, make sure that you are using a good rom and the latest RDB update.

you might want to switch emulators. I used pj64 for most everything and couldn't get banjo-tooie to work. Then I used nemu64 and it came up with some tweeking. THe only problem I have is I can't read what people are saying. I used multiple roms too but they never started in pj64. NOw all work on nemu64 if that helps. Lemme know if you can get it to work on another emu and if it runs good or not

Banjo Tooie works fine for me and many others using PJ64.

if it doesn't.. your either have a below spec machine.. or don't know what your doing.
