i have been playing this game and it starts out smooth but after every 5 mins it like freezes for 2 secs and then goes fast as if trying to catch up with itself i have a 1.7 ghz sempron and i think maybe the proc is running to many programs... plz help

i was wondering if someone could tell me the system requirements for Project 64?

whenever i come across roms i like and download them but they never work in Project 64 because they end in something like "Game.z64" but i noticed the ones that work end in something else like v64 what goes with that file type?

cause on ocarina of time the sound lags and yes i did sync the game audio but is there other plugins?

okay before i updated my RDB ocarina of time ran great now the starting menu where it show the files sounds like the game audio can't keep up with the game but i already have sync to audio enabled... and all of this happened just after i updated the RDB

can someone help me setup a good emulater for the DC and teach me how to run games on it? cause the ones i have tried you have to install like 40 diff programs and none ever work right... any help would be great... thank you for your time
