This happens whenever i try to open any of my roms - ive un and re installed pj64, and used new roms, but nothing works - i still get 'attempt to open file failed'.. it never used to do this... any help?

Ok, i cannot get the n-rage plugin to work.. could someone give me a n00bs guide.. like step by step on doing it? Alos, on Pokemon SNap, when i submit my photos to be graded, they are just blank when he grades then.... any way past this? Greatly appreciated.
