    Where is the Hotkeys tab?

    Alright, I have the TAS Input Plugin, My SM64 ROM, Mupen64, I think I'm all set but when I looked at a tutorial at TASing, he went to Options>Hotkeys when I don't have this, is this only on plus or am I doing something wrong?
