I was starting up Mario Kart: Double Dash!, and the animation of guy holding the lights was jerky, so I turned on Tick Modifier 4 and it went faster, but if I start the game with Tick Modifier 4 on the emulator stuffs up.

If Dolphin had the power to view 3d models in GC games, why don't they add a function to export them to be used in a 3d modeling program. They could also add a function to export textures and other stuff.
