I know. I know. A simple google would fix all of this but it hasn't. Every single time I open Project64 1.7 I get this error. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Now when I looked it up it said that it doesn't happen too often. I have the newest version possible. Nothing illegal... Well nothing more illegal then...
