Win2K compatibility patch

This build of Dolphin doesn't work on Win2k - it wants to do theme stuff that doesn't exist before Windows XP. Luckily, it doesn't actually do anything with the theme library, so here's a quick stub library that lets things work on 2K. Put it in the dolphin folder and enjoy.

haven't even tried and i have to thank you yet for the help

win2k rocks and their user are ready to feedback dolpin

Anyhoo! I have tested this and it works a treat, Fantastic Work Afwefwe!
I was almost at the point of Installing Win2K3 alongside my Win2K installation, you have saved me a lot of time, many thanks! :bouncy:

Actually it doesnt work for me:
MSVCP71.dff wasnt found
